When companies consider balloon decoration for an event, the first thing many people in charge tell us is, “We have a budget, but we don’t know what to ask for or how.”
That’s only natural. Balloon decoration is made to order.

What you place, where, and at what scale creates a completely different space.

We always start by asking what you want to convey, and who will see it.

Scenes we cover

Number balloons for your company’s anniversary,
decoration in your logo colors and more

Elegant spaces worthy
of a listing celebration.

Memorable decoration
for your entrance and reception area

A welcome space that says “Welcome aboard” to new employees

Photo spots and backdrops that draw a crowd.

Leave colorful spaces that kids and adults both enjoy to us!

Pricing and how it works

All balloon decoration for companies is fully made to order. The cost depends on the venue size, placement, decoration and working time, so please start by asking us. Quotes are free.
If you tell us your maximum budget up front, we’ll prepare the best proposal possible within it.
From the first consultation to production, we move forward carefully, one step at a time.

From 2012 to 2025, for 15 years in a row, we have created balloon objects for the University of Tokyo’s open campus.

The 36 m deep sea and DNA structure, the 13 m Kappa-6 rocket, the 5 m x 5 m flying wheelchair: all of them express University of Tokyo research themes in balloons.

Continuing to meet the difficult request to “communicate research through balloons” is, we believe, proof of our skill and the trust placed in us.
For school events, this track record is what we are most confident in.

Scenes we cover

Entrance ceremonies

Entrance and stage decoration that welcomes new students

Graduation ceremonies

Photo spots and stage decoration for a moving day

Thank-you parties for teachers

Bright venue decoration
that shows your gratitude to teachers

School & culture festivals

Crowd-pulling photo spots and gate decoration

Open campus events

Large objects and spatial design that give your theme a shape

Seasonal events

Leave seasonal balloon decoration for Halloween, Christmas and more to us!

Pricing and how it works

Balloon decoration for schools and educational institutions is also fully made to order, with a quote for each project.
We plan around the time available for set-up and removal, the size of the venue and the theme of the event.

For entrance and graduation ceremonies, set-up time is often limited, so we recommend contacting us 3 to 6 months ahead if possible.
If you have an idea, like “we want to convey this” or “we want these colors,” we can start from there together.

Up to 36 m, with work for The National Art Center, Tokyo and the University of Tokyo

For corporate and school projects,

“We want a balloon object several meters tall at the center of the venue.”
“We want to fill the whole entrance with balloons.”

we sometimes receive requests like these.

Lovedup Balloons has created large balloon spaces up to 36 m. The larger the project, the more directly Mika Suhara is involved, from design to on-site work.

Major works

  • The National Art Center, Tokyo: Kappa-6 rocket, about 13 m tall
  • Atmosphere and Ocean Research Institute, The University of Tokyo: deep sea and DNA structure, 36 m tall
  • Kamaishi City “Sea and Hope Festival” (2024): giant Oyotsuhamogani crab, 6 m x 4 m

Our founder, Mika Suhara, supervises every project. She took part twice, in 2012 and 2014, in the Large Sculpture category of the World Balloon Convention as a supporting member of the team.

At a corporate event, looking glamorous isn’t enough. We make it work with the venue size, guest flow, ceiling height, viewing angles and set-up time all in mind.

Mika Suhara personally handles large projects. So you never have to wonder who made it, she takes care of the project design, staff selection and quality control from start to finish.

“It’s an important company event, so we want a trustworthy professional.” We meet that wish head-on.

From your first inquiry to removal on the day, Lovedup Balloons handles everything.
There’s no need to hire several vendors.

Even if the person in charge is too busy on the day to handle the details, we have a system that moves things forward with minimal contact.

Can we ask before our budget is decided?

Yes, of course.

Tell us what you’d like to do and a rough maximum budget, and we’ll make the best proposal possible within it. We also welcome questions before a budget is set.

Do you work anywhere in Japan?

Yes, we work nationwide.

Travel costs are discussed separately, but we go anywhere in Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
Feel free to contact us first.

How far ahead should we contact you?

For large corporate and school projects, we recommend contacting us 3 to 6 months ahead.

Design proposals, materials and staffing take time, so early contact matters.
For urgent projects, please ask us too.

Our set-up time is short. Can you handle that?

Yes, we can.

Set-up time is often limited, for example at entrance and graduation ceremonies.
If you share the time available in advance, we’ll suggest a plan we can finish within it.

If needed, we can also build pieces in advance and assemble them on site.

Can we include removal in the request?

Yes, we handle everything through removal.

We take care of removal and restoring the venue after the event, so the people in charge don’t need to clean up themselves.

Budget, date or place not decided yet? That’s fine.
Start by telling us the scene and what you’re hoping for.

We take inquiries through LINE, our email form and more.
