Returns and exchanges
In principle, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except for defective balloons or damage during delivery.
We take every care with production and delivery. If an item is damaged in transit or differs from your order, we will return or exchange it with free shipping.
For distant deliveries, we may not be able to respond in time for your date.
Please check the contents as soon as your parcel arrives.
Once shipped, we cannot accept cancellations due to courier delays.
Traffic, accidents or weather may delay delivery past the date and time you chose. Please avoid choosing delivery on the day you plan to use the balloons.
- We cannot accept returns without contacting us first.
- We cannot accept returns more than 7 days after delivery.
- For returns for personal reasons, the return shipping is at your expense.
If we must compensate for damages for any reason, the total is limited to the amount you paid.
Lead times
Delivery may be delayed by road conditions, weather, courier circumstances and other factors.
We recommend choosing delivery on the day before you need the balloons, or earlier. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the delivery date and time you choose.
